Bay Holistic Yoga is created from years of personal practice, a great love of community and our unique individuals, and years of healing assistance on myself and others thru massage, energy work, and ritual. My birth name is Dahlia, but I introduce myself as "Crow." Crows are messengers between Spirit and the living World, I absolutely love working with Tarot in various ways and use Tarot to help connect me to Spirit and bring their messages to you.  Cows also represent the "Void," the darkest night before dawn, where I go to the most amazing places and also receive messages from Spirit. Crows symbolize the process of changing something "leaden" or difficult in your life into something Spiritual or "golden," what I strive to do with you. Crows are very intelligent, they see beyond the illusions of the physical World, perhaps after we get to know each other more I can also assist you with foresight. Crows thrive almost anywhere., don't I know it! There are many cultural lore and correspondences to Crows, but what I mention here is why I call myself Crow. I am a messenger from your ancestors and from your future. I work through intuition and guidance from All, and I have schooling and experience. I have a shaved head, head to toe tattoos, and wear all black every day but I am actually a very colorful, giving, and loving person. I have a 26 year old beautiful intelligent daughter and a five year old beautiful intelligent son, they matter so much to me and we do Yoga and ritual together too. We belong to no religion but to the best of All. My family and I incorporate the Seasons, Planets, Tarot, Plants, Animals, Numerology, and other Spiritual practices and views into our daily life. I work with your energy physically, visually, and intuitively thru the natural help from Crystals, Plants, Prayer, Tarot, and other paths of natural healing (not medical). I DO NOT do "love spells" or curses. I DO NOT prescribe. 

Let me tell you what is included in a 90 minute private Holistic Yoga session and themed private or group workshops as you read further. I also do other Spiritual services and make blessed and intentional concoctions, available as we go. But first, please read the next section before scheduling, thank you.

Please allow about ten minutes before scheduled start time and ten minutes after scheduled end time to set up and pack everything to leave. 

Please allow me to use your restroom if I need it. 

Please provide your own pillows, blankets, water, Yoga mat, and anything else you feel would make you comfortable (like an eye mask maybe?). 

Please make sure pets and cell phone will not be a distraction or get in the way.

Please fill out my quick professional required waiver before your session and be open to me about any new medical news in the future. Please be honest in your waiver. I use essential oils and herbs that could disrupt and cause harm if you are pregnant, take medications, or have any other medical conditions like blood diseases. Let me know if you have any allergies so you and your household stay safe and happy and so I can review and make adjustments to your curated session before you schedule. 

Please note that there is a non-refundable holding, travel and cab fee. This fee is used to hold your appointment and does not go toward session fee. Travel/deposit for locals is usually about $50-$60 for both ways, but traveling to San Francisco is about $120, we all know how uber prices fluctuate depending on time of day and events. The travel fee pays to hold your appointment, helps me not waste time finding parking, and helps you not have to worry about my parking or me being late because of it. The deposit travel fee is NON-Refundable. 

If you need to reschedule I understand and will oblige, but only once. You will have to make another deposit to schedule in the future after missing your reschedule. 

The travel  deposit fee applies to any service of me traveling to you (I will some day have a sacred space with parking for you), but for now you don't have to worry about travel and parking!

Every day has its own fresh new theme, allow 24 hours before your desired time for me to create your session. 

If you or your pets or whatever in your home break or ruin any of my instruments or tools, you are obligated to purchase replacements. 

I cleanse and infuse everything I use with the powers and natural elements of nature and ritual after each use. Tea Tree oil also disinfects. 

I spend more time than you know or think preparing for your beautiful, personally curated, intuitive loving session.

My only action and desire and intention is to help people, help you heal yourself, cleanse and renew you...it's what I love to do!

Each and every day is different. Every client gets their own personalized and uniquely created session as soon as you are booked. I use many different elements  in the creation process: The Planetary alignments specific to San Mateo, traditional Tarot and day of the week meanings, our Season and monthly theme including the Sun and Moon greatly affect all of us. (Subscribe to my monthly newsletter for monthly themes, recipes, crystals, and much more that help enhance your life experience and read my Blog! I also am creating various social media pages with demonstration vidoes). We begin each session with a blessing to us both and our practice, grounding and breath technique, we have our mantra/affirmation of the day according to the theme, then we get into sweet somatic flow movements (no downdogs here) which are accessible to almost everyone (I bring my Yoga blocks if you need modifications but here is where your pillows and blankets can also play a role in your healing session),  a Kundalini Yoga injection or two, an ending resting pose with some quick body manipulation/spinal traction while you relax to help you get into an optimal resting space, I place various blessed crystals on top of you with prayer and energy work, then a sweet sacred oil anointing and mini neck massage, guided curated meditation. I then remove the crystals with more intuitive energy work on you, a mini sound bath with a crystal singing bowl, and then more simple compressions on your neck, face, shoulders and legs bring your session to a close and bring you back to awakeness. I also burn a sweet cinnamon stick, this does not invade your space too much nor is there much smoke as it doesn't stay on fire long at all...totally not like Sage or Palo Santo (those are reserved for other Spiritual practices that require the strong smell and smoke) but it does bring the mood to where it needs to be...very sweet. I can pack up and leave you right there as some people like, and then I lock the front door behind me, or I can guide you back up to a seated position and do a quick energetic breath wake-me-up technique. Every session is uniquely yours, and the more I get to know your body the more I can see your patterns and ever-changing needs.

Your 90 minute curated Bay Holistic Yoga session is $250 plus a separate travel/deposit fee that varies on your location...these are paid before your session. 

Your steps are:  

1. Request a Waiver and return before scheduling (waiver only required to fill out once).  

2. Send your deposit/travel fee thru venmo, paypal, cashapp, facebook messenger with the words "Non-refundable deposit and travel fee."  

3. Schedule your appointment and pay for the session the day before your desired time with the words "Bay Holistic Yoga"  and whatever other wording helps you. 

Three easy steps! This helps us all have a smooth session and not have to worry about money during or after your session. 

I am very professional, please don't try to sexually contaminate our session or I will leave with no refund. 

You most definitely can request info on the products that I use and even photos.

Your information is never sold or shared. Our sessions stay secret, I don't even gossip or make examples of you to my friends! (I'm a loner anyway, lol).

This is your special time and deserved reward meant for renewal, for Self discovery, and for melting away all the toxicities of every day life. 

You are your own  ultimate healer, I am only your creative and Spiritual Guide.

Hello! Online Yoga is great because you can take me to the park or beach, anywhere you like and feel comfortable doing your private practice. Any and all classes and workshops are curated, I work with the ever changing theme of the day, Season, and Planetary Alignments to create your class. Online classes are for people on the go. I cannot do the in-person assists or sound bath/energy work that I would do in person but you are still getting a great class that helps you align to All that matters. Your class can either be a Power Yoga class to build heat and strength, or we can do a sensory-led Somatic Yoga Flow that is very freeing and opening, each curated.

Please request and fill out a waiver before scheduling.

An hour Online Private Yoga class is $70.

You must pay in full when you schedule.

There are no refunds, you may only reschedule once.

These paid $20 drop-in classes are curated, based on the ever-changing Spiritual theme our atmosphere naturally has. Each day has its own unique vibes taking into account the Planets that are aligned to this part of the World, the Moon's cycle, and Spiritual theme. Yoga poses, affirmation, and meditation are made accordingly, class is an hour long. Please pay $20 for drop-in at the very latest 15 minutes before class starts through Venmo, Paypal, Cashapp. Message me thru Whatsapp or email to confirm and for me to send you link, the zoom link changes for every class. As for now, I am offering a class every Monday at 9am. What day and time works best for you? I will be adding more days for online classes soon.

Ask Tarot almost anything! I say almost anything because I will not do readings on questions like "when will I die," or "will my treatment cure me" type stuff. We go deep into subjects, we can talk about the reasons why, which direction to take, what will happen if, does he or she love me, are they faithful, what ritual should I do, what does the Universe want to tell me today, and many others. I do not give legal or medical advice. If someone doesn't love you there's no point in asking 500 different ways to try and get a different answer. But people do find closure through Tarot. We can go back in the past, see the present, and give you pointers for your future. I also love and am always amazed at receiving messages from those that have passed (if they are still around). I use Tarot for house blessings or blessings for any occasion, any day. Future pointed answers change every day...everything you do every minute changes the outcome of your life, or keeps it the same. Please do not rely on me or my cards. We are your Guides, you alone have power over your own life. I love Tarot so much, there's no beating around any bush here.

Straight up truth is what you get, along with privacy and secrecy.

$50 for 15 minutes. You are welcome to extend, I have the right to quit for your misbehavior and there are never any refunds. Must pay first, I can come to you with an extra non-refundable travel fee, or no travel fee on my zoom, or we can email or text.

These workshops require a contract, waivers from each participant before the start of workshop, a non-refundable travel and deposit fee, and partial prepayment with ample time to gather supplies and takeaways that every participant receives. 

Workshops typically run two hours.

If you would like to add on services and more time during the event then we can quickly put together added terms and conditions to the contract as there is an extra space and new signature section on the form available.
